PROJECT OVERVIEW

As a drawing pen input company, Wacom aimed to create new revenue streams by giving the opportunity for creative customers to purchase creative software on eStore. In this pilot project, I successfully setup eStore customer experience end to end with four software partners in US and EMEA.

Business opportunity:
Setup a new software sales in Wacom eStore, start with US & EMEA.

Project challenge:
Adding software on eStore requires different user flows, technical setup, and legal requirements.

My role:
Customer journey setup for eStore in US+EMEA within 4 months.
Work with business and tech team (Magento/CRM/SAP).
ACHIEVEMENTS

Live on time:
The 4 software pages from 3 software partners went live on time before the peak holiday season.

Fulfilled customers:
Holiday purchase customers were able to buy creative software together with the drawing tablet.

Setup ready:
This new setup for the software sales is ready for future partnership expansion.
