Creating digital interactions for multiple product lineups, including the successful flagship model Wacom Intuos Pro reaching over one million users.
This initiative brought the product to be rated as 4.6 stars on Amazon and received three prestigious international design awards.
Project Overview
(2019)
Whether you are an animation artist, a car visionary, or a fashion designer, Wacom is an industry standard for creative professional pen tablets. The business objective was to create a seamless first-time experience spanning across 4 different touch points from packaging, product, web page, and desktop software for Wacom Intuos Pro as a pen tablet enabling creative processes on a computer.
My assignment was to define, validate, and iterate on the end-to-end digital product interaction from unboxing until first product usage. My role included use case investigation, user experience design, and usability iteration.

I created first-time experience user journey flows and wireframes for the end-to-end digital touch points. The process involved iterative usability testing from paper prototyping to mockups and final details. I conducted out-of-the-box observation research to analyze if users were able to complete the setup process.
