
Whether you are an animation artist, a car visionary, or a fashion designer, Wacom is an industry standard for creative professional pen tablet. I have worked as a UX Design Lead to create digital interaction for multiple product lineups, including the successful flagship model Wacom Intuos Pro. This initiative brought the product to be rated as 4,5 stars on Amazon, and received two prestigious international design awards.
PROJECT OVERVIEW

Business objectives:
Create a seamless first time experience spanned across 4 different touch-points from packaging, product, web page, and desktop software for Wacom Intuos Pro as a pen tablet enabling creative process on a computer.
Assignment:
Define, validate, and iterate on the end to end digital product interaction from the unboxing until the first product usage.
My role:
Use case investigation, user experience design, and usability iteration.

PROCESS
Create first time experience user journey flow and wireframe for the end-to-end digital touch-points.
Iterative usability testing from paper prototyping, mock-up, and final details.
Out of the box observation research to analyse if users are able to complete the setup process.







ACHIEVEMENTS
The redesigned customer journey went live for Wacom Intuos Pro spanned across 4 touch-points, from packaging, product, desktop software and web page, which enables a seamless first time experience for over 1 million creative users from unboxing to start using the product.
