
In addition to the hardware business, Wacom intended to offer a new service of a creative software monthly subscription. A validation research was needed to confirm the desirability and usability of this concept. I led a mix method research in three regions US/EU/JP, and gathered comprehensive insight that confirms the potential of this offer, in addition revealed the need of a new remote working technology essential for the MVP. Based on this insight, the stakeholders gained confidence with the project, and approved funding to proceed the development.
